We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Practitioner with at least one year of experience to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Support children's learning and development through age-appropriate activities.
  • Assist with daily routines, including feeding, toileting, and nap times.
  • Observe and monitor children's progress and behaviour, documenting key developments.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, offering updates on their child's progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain a positive and supportive environment.
  • Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • A passion for working with children and promoting their development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with children and parents.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A caring, patient, and professional demeanor.
  • First Aid certification is preferred, but not essential (must be willing to complete First Aid training if not already certified).
