We're looking for an End of Contract Customer Support Assistant to join our team and help deliver an excellent experience to our customers throughout the life of their contract.

This role would suit someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and working in a busy environment where attention to detail really matters. You'll work closely with customers and colleagues across the business, handling account changes, resolving queries and ensuring requests are completed accurately and on time. No two days are quite the same. One minute you might be helping a customer with a contract amendment, the next you could be working with colleagues across the business to resolve a query or find a solution to an issue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing contract amendments and customer requests accurately and within agreed service levels
  • Providing support to customers and frontline teams on products, processes and queries
  • Managing customer enquiries and taking ownership through to resolution
  • Investigating issues and identifying any process exceptions that require further review
  • Supporting the resolution of customer complaints and helping to deliver positive customer outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all activities are completed compliantly
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Developing your knowledge of our products, systems and processes to become a subject matter expert

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a customer service, administration or operational support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A genuine focus on delivering great customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of issues
  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships

This role would be a 12 month fixed term contract.
