We invite you to join our growing Procurement Division as a Purchasing Advisor, where you will drive efficiency, strengthen supply chains, and shape the future direction of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Receive vehicle quotes and place orders with quality supply chain partners.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to support quality and timely service throughout the vehicle order-to-delivery process.
  • Use fleet and vehicle leasing industry systems to place, progress, and monitor orders.
  • Deliver high‑quality administrative and process support, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process tasks accurately and to a high‑quality standard, maintaining a customer‑centric approach.
  • Keep parties informed and anticipate next steps, ensuring tasks are completed within service level agreements.
  • Develop knowledge of our vehicle order bank and manufacturer specification nuances.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and drive improvements for people and customers.
  • Conform to regulatory and service obligations that set industry benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Solid and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience within a customer‑service environment (direct or indirect customers or suppliers).
  • Good awareness of vehicles on the road (e.g. able to identify Ford, Tesla & other manufacturers).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
  • Investigative or solutions‑oriented experience is an advantage.
