We’re looking for a strategic and delivery-focused CRM Product Lead to take ownership of our CRM platform and drive its evolution as a core enabler of customer and commercial success. This is a high-impact role where you’ll define and deliver the CRM product vision, lead cross-functional teams, and act as the vital link between business and technology—ensuring we maximise value from our CRM investment.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the CRM product strategy, aligning it with wider customer and commercial goals.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, grounded in business priorities and user needs.
- Engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across digital and business leadership.
- Act as the bridge between business and technology, managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact CRM capabilities using Agile methodologies.
- Define, track, and evolve KPIs to measure success, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure CRM data supports a single, accurate customer view.
- Take accountability for the live CRM platform, ensuring resilience, availability, and effective incident management.
- Oversee Agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality, business-aligned delivery.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering CRM transformation or optimisation programmes (ideally MS Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle practices.
- Solid knowledge of CRM workflows, case management, and API integrations.
- Experience using Azure DevOps (or equivalent).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver iterative change.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, driving engagement and adoption.
- Experience working with offshore development teams.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
