Ayvens is seeking an experienced Vehicle Procurement Aftersales Lead to join our Procurement team. You will lead on vehicle rejection cases and major technical issues, working closely with vehicle manufacturers, dealerships and internal teams to deliver the right outcomes for customers.
You will shape and improve our aftersales offering, develop strong relationships with OEMs, and provide expert guidance to Complaints, Customer Service and Technical teams while driving improvements.
