About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Controller to join us at LPR UK in our Studley office. The Business Controller will play a key role in supporting financial planning, business control, and overall business planning. Daily responsibilities will include analysing financial data, creating reports, advising on financial performance, forecasting, and contributing to strategic decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with the Finance Manager and with cross‑functional teams to drive financial efficiency and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Control and Business Planning to support decision‑making processes
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and general knowledge of Finance principles
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting and utilising financial data
- Experience working with stakeholders to develop strategic plans and determine business objectives
- Solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing tasks independently
- Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- Experience in supply chain or circular business models is a plus
