What will you do:
- Create new cocktails and train our team in best practices for exceptional beverage experiences.
- Guide your team towards excellence and ensure weekly meetings to hone their skills.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Become an expert on LPM products, from food to beverages, and share your knowledge with the team.
- Create and implement innovative strategies to attract customers and boost our business.
- Work closely with our marketing team and the Group Bar Manager to deliver exceptional bar experiences.
What you need:
- At least 4 years' F&B experience, including 8 years in a high-end restaurant and/or in a busy cocktail bar.
- Attention to Detail, Speed, and Precision.
- Organization and Time Management.
- Stay calm and manage stress like a true expert.
- Find creative and innovative solutions to every challenge.
- Handle complaints with a smile and create exceptional relationships with our guests.
- Fluent in English.
