In addition to our primary focus on French and English, we introduce children to the beauty and richness of Mandarin Chinese. We take great pride in our nurseries’ commitment to providing spacious and bright classrooms, moreover, a nurturing bilingual Montessori environment where children thrive, learn, and develop into well-rounded individuals.
Key Person RoleKey people have the honour to be responsible for a group of between 8 and 13 key children per week (many of the children are part time). If you are being internally promoted, we may start you with fewer key children, but you will gain more over time. You will want to ensure they can participate in the activities you have planned for them and that they are progressing in their development.
The primary responsibility of the key person is to have a deep knowledge and understanding of each key child individually. The key person should be the key children’s primary relationship within the nursery, and be able to respond to, and plan for each child’s needs throughout the week.
