LPC Maintenance Ltd is a well-established property maintenance company providing reactive and planned maintenance services across Greater London. We work with landlords, housing associations, and commercial clients.
Due to continued growth and an increase in plumbing works across London, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team.
The Role
As a Plumber, you will carry out a wide range of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across residential and commercial properties. You will work independently while being fully supported by our North London office and operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, including leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues
- Repair and replace taps, toilets, basins, baths, and showers
- Install and maintain hot and cold water systems
- Carry out minor plumbing installations and upgrades
- Complete job reports, photographs, and updates via a mobile device
- Work professionally in occupied properties
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, housing officers, and site managers
- Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and health & safety standards
- Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements
About You
You will be an experienced and dependable Plumber with strong technical ability and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Plumber within property maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in domestic properties (commercial experience beneficial)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for job updates
- Full UK Driving Licence
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds Plumbing qualification (desirable)
- Knowledge of Water Regulations (desirable)
- G3 / Unvented qualification (desirable)
- Gas Safe qualifications beneficial but not essential
