Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Planner / Scheduler to join our operations team in North London.

The Role

As a Planner / Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating maintenance works and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our service. You will be responsible for scheduling engineers, liaising with clients, and maintaining accurate job records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and allocate maintenance jobs to engineers across London
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and housing associations regarding repairs and servicing
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and portal enquiries
  • Monitor job progress and review engineer reports and photographs
  • Update internal systems with accurate notes and job information
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Keep clients and internal teams informed of job updates

About You

You will be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, property maintenance, or helpdesk administration
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
