Our client is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Registered Care Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service in Monmouth. Currently delivering approximately 400-500 care hours per month, the branch has strong foundations and is now looking for the right leader to drive the next stage of growth. The Role
As Registered Care Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care while supporting the continued growth of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
- Ensuring compliance with all CQC regulations and quality standards.
