Home Instead Chichester is looking for experienced Weekend Care Professionals to join our OUTSTANDING rated team, supporting older adults to live safely and independently in their own homes. This is not rushed, task-based care. This is proper domiciliary care with time to build relationships, deliver quality support, and genuinely make a difference.
We know weekends are the hardest shifts to cover, which is exactly why we have created a stronger, more stable weekend role with clear earning potential and consistency.
- £130 per day
- Working either every weekend or alternate weekends
- Availability required between 8:00am and 10:00pm
- Around 10 working hours per day, with breaks built in
- Supporting clients across Chichester and surrounding areas
- Driver and own vehicle essential
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting with personal care
- Helping with medication and meal preparation
- Morning starts and evening settling routines
- Companionship visits and emotional support
- Shopping trips and appointments
- Helping clients maintain dignity, independence and routine
