We are looking for an organised and people-focused Care Coordinator to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in the Chichester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, values-led team delivering high-quality care within the community.
The Role
- Coordinating care schedules and rotas to ensure continuity of care
- Managing day-to-day changes, including sickness and short-notice cover
- Communicating effectively with Care Professionals, clients and families
- Supporting the onboarding of new care packages
- Maintaining accurate care records and system updates
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Supporting with general office administration and enquiries
About You
- Experience within domiciliary care, ideally in a coordination or senior care role
