We are looking for kind, reliable and professional Care Professionals to join a high-quality, premium domiciliary care service supporting clients across Chichester and surrounding areas. This is not a rushed, high-volume care environment. Our focus is on delivering unrushed, relationship-led care, giving both our clients and Care Professionals the time they deserve.

What We're Looking For
- A naturally caring and compassionate person

The Role
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
- Supporting with personal care, companionship and daily routines
- Building meaningful relationships with clients
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
Pay & Benefits
- £13.00 - £15.50 per hour depending on shift and experience
- Enhanced evening and weekend rates
- Overnight care: £125 - £135 per night
- Live-in care opportunities: £130 - £145 per day
- 45p per mile mileage allowance
- Holiday pay (12.07%)
- Company pension (3% contribution)
- Enhanced pay on designated holidays
