The Role: This is a role for someone who wants their work to have real meaning. No formal care experience is needed. Your compassion, reliability, and openness to learning are what truly matter. With full training and ongoing support, you will have everything you need to thrive and make a real difference. You will offer practical support and warm companionship to older adults who wish to remain independent at home.

Shift Patterns: We aim to be as flexible as possible whilst being client led. Our shifts start at 7am and the last visit will be 10pm. You will be required to work every other weekend to offer your clients continuity of care. Full-time and part-time hours available. Whether you prefer early starts or quieter evening work, there's a pattern that can fit your lifestyle.

What You'll Do: Your visits will never be rushed. You'll have the time to deliver care properly and build genuine, meaningful connections. You will:

  • Provide personal care with dignity and warmth
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
  • Accompany clients to appointments, shops, or social activities
  • Create a safe, reassuring, and positive home environment
