We are recruiting for an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is not only confident in managing an existing service, but is also motivated by growth and development, with the ambition to take the branch to the next level. The service currently delivers approximately 2,000 hours of care per month, with strong foundations in place and clear opportunity for expansion.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered consistently, whilst driving performance and growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Leading, supporting and developing the office and care team
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and company standards
- Driving growth of care hours and service capacity
- Building strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and retention of Care Assistants
- Monitoring performance, quality and service delivery standards
- Managing rotas, resources and operational efficiency
About You
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage and develop a care team
- Commercial awareness, with a desire to grow a service
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
