Are you an experienced Registered Care Manager looking for more than just another management role? Our client is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Registered Care Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service in Monmouth. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a branch with huge potential, developing both the service and the team while making a genuine difference to the lives of people in the local community.
Currently delivering approximately 400-500 care hours per month, the branch has strong foundations and is now looking for the right leader to drive the next stage of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, growing a business and creating a culture of excellence.
The Role
As Registered Care Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care while supporting the continued growth of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
- Ensuring compliance with all CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Leading, motivating and developing the office and care teams.
- Driving business growth and increasing care hours.
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and the local community.
- Supporting recruitment, retention and staff development.
- Maintaining excellent standards of care and customer service.
- Managing branch performance, quality and compliance.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines outstanding leadership with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager within domiciliary care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health.
