Home Instead Monmouth is seeking an ambitious, driven, and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our young and rapidly growing branch. Currently delivering 400-500 hours of care per month, we are ready to scale — and we're looking for the right person to take us there. This is a rare chance to make a real difference.
As our Registered Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of the service, developing the business, and embedding Home Instead's reputation for high-quality, person-centred care throughout the local community.
The Role
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC requirements
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting the care team to deliver exceptional care
- Driving business development, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing care hours
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and the wider community
- Promoting Home Instead's values and brand locally with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with the vision, energy, and expertise to grow a branch and develop a strong presence in the Monmouth area. You should bring:
- Proven leadership experience in domiciliary or community-based care
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or working towards)
- A strong understanding of CIW regulations and best practice in care delivery
- A track record of business development and relationship-building
- Excellent communication, organisational, and people skills
