The role:

As a Care Professional, you'll support older adults to live independently at home by providing:

  • Home help and light housekeeping
  • Personal care
  • Support with outings, appointments, and social activities
  • Companionship and emotional support

No two days are the same — but every day is meaningful.

Pay & Benefits

  • Hourly rates: Mon–Fri: £14.00 per hour (after 8pm £15.00), Sat/Sun: £15.60 per hour (after 8pm £16.60)
  • Paid travel time between visits
  • Mileage paid at 30p per mile
  • Double pay on Bank Holidays
  • Holiday pay (on top of hourly rate)
