We are looking for kind, reliable and professional Care Professionals to join a high-quality, premium domiciliary care service supporting clients across Chichester and surrounding areas. This is not a rushed, high-volume care environment. Our focus is on delivering unrushed, relationship-led care, giving both our clients and Care Professionals the time they deserve.

What We're Looking For

  • A naturally caring and compassionate person.

  • Availability to work every other weekend.
  • Flexibility to work a combination of:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

The Role

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes.

Pay & Benefits

  • £13.00 - £15.50 per hour depending on shift and experience.
  • Enhanced evening and weekend rates.
  • Overnight care: £125 - £135 per night.
  • Live-in care opportunities: £145 per day.
  • 45p per mile mileage allowance.
  • Holiday pay (12.07%).
  • Company pension (3% contribution).
  • Enhanced pay on designated holidays.
