We are recruiting experienced Live-In Care Professionals to support clients across Devon, including coastal locations as well as towns and rural villages. These are rewarding, long-term opportunities designed for carers who are confident working independently and committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
About the Role
You will provide live-in support within clients' homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life in a comfortable and familiar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing live-in care within clients' homes
- Supporting with personal care as required
- Administering and prompting medication
- Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition
- Carrying out light housekeeping duties
- Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
- Supporting with appointments and social activities
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
Placement Details
- Ongoing, long-term opportunities
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
- Regular handovers to ensure continuity of care
- Driver with own car essential
- Placements available across coastal areas, towns, and villages in Devon
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in live-in care (essential)
- A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
- Confidence working independently in a live-in environment
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships
- Strong understanding of person-centred care
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
