We are looking for kind, reliable and professional Care Professionals to join a high-quality, premium domiciliary care service supporting clients across Chichester and surrounding areas. This is not a rushed, high-volume care environment. Our focus is on delivering unrushed, relationship-led care, giving both our clients and Care Professionals the time they deserve.

What We're Looking For

The Role

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
  • Supporting with personal care, companionship and daily routines
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients
  • Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

Pay & Benefits

  • £13.00 - £15.50 per hour depending on shift and experience
  • Enhanced evening and weekend rates
  • Overnight care: £125 - £135 per night
  • Live-in care opportunities: £130 - £145 per day
  • 45p per mile mileage allowance
  • Holiday pay (12.07%)
  • Company pension (3% contribution)
  • Enhanced pay on designated holidays
