This is relationship-led care, not rushed visits or ticking boxes. You’ll have the time to genuinely support people, build trust, and make a real difference in their day-to-day lives.
You’ll be joining an Outstanding CQC-rated home care provider that believes great care starts with valuing the people who deliver it. With minimum 1-hour visits, paid travel time, and full support from a friendly local office team, you’ll always feel backed in your role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines
- Preparing meals and assisting with medication
- Helping with shopping, appointments, and errands
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping people feel safe, comfortable, and independent at home
What You’ll Receive:
- £13.60 per hour Monday to Friday
- £14.60 per hour weekends
- Double pay on bank holidays
- Paid travel time between visits
