Our client is looking for Evening Care Professionals to support older adults in their own homes across Ivybridge and the South Hams. Evening visits are often the most important of the day, helping someone settle for the night, feel comfortable, and know someone cares.

Your evenings could include:

  • Helping with tea and evening meals
  • Supporting with personal care and bedtime routines
  • Medication reminders and wellbeing checks
