We are now looking for an experienced Registered Manager to help lead our well-established domiciliary care service across both Chester and Flintshire.

The Role Reporting directly to the Directors, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our domiciliary care service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and team performance.

You will work closely with our office team and care professionals to ensure customers receive safe, person-centred care while creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued and motivated.

  • What You Will Be Doing
  • Leading the day-to-day operation of the service.
  • Ensuring compliance with CIW/CQC and company standards.
  • Supporting, motivating and developing the care and office teams.
  • Managing quality assurance, audits and safeguarding.
  • Overseeing induction, training and staff development.
  • Building positive relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionals.
  • Managing performance and promoting a positive culture.
  • Supporting continuous improvement whilst maintaining excellent care standards.

Essential

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
  • Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
  • Strong understanding of CQC and/or CIW regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle suitable for business use.
