At Bluebird Care Chester & Flintshire, we are proud of the care we provide and the reputation we have built within our local communities. We are now looking for an experienced Registered Manager to help lead our well-established domiciliary care service across both Chester and Flintshire.

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our domiciliary care service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and team performance. You will work closely with our office team and care professionals to ensure customers receive safe, person-centred care while creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with CIW/CQC and company standards.
- Supporting, motivating and developing the care and office teams.
- Managing quality assurance, audits and safeguarding.
- Overseeing induction, training and staff development.
- Building positive relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionals.
- Managing performance and promoting a positive culture.
- Supporting continuous improvement whilst maintaining excellent care standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
- Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- Strong understanding of CQC and/or CIW regulations.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle suitable for business use.
Salary of £36,000-£40,000, depending on experience. Mileage allowance. Access to a pool car. Ongoing professional development. The opportunity to shape the future of a respected local care provider.
