We are looking for an organised and people-focused Care Coordinator to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in the Chichester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, values-led team delivering high-quality care within the community.

The Role

  • Coordinating care schedules and rotas to ensure continuity of care
  • Managing day-to-day changes, including sickness and short-notice cover
  • Communicating effectively with Care Professionals, clients and families
  • Supporting the onboarding of new care packages
  • Maintaining accurate care records and system updates
  • Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Supporting with general office administration and enquiries

About You

  • Experience within domiciliary care, ideally in a coordination or senior care role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
  • Confident communicator, both over the phone and in person
  • A calm, solution-focused approach to problem solving
  • Experience using care systems (e.g. scheduling or care planning software) is desirable
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
