This isn't a high-volume care environment. As a Care Assistant, you'll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with meals, medication, and daily routines
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe environment
