We're looking for kind, reliable, and professional Care Assistants to join a high-quality, premium domiciliary care service supporting clients across Chichester and surrounding areas. This isn't a high-volume care environment. Instead, you'll provide unrushed, relationship-led care, giving you the time to build meaningful connections and deliver the level of care your clients deserve.

As a Care Assistant, you'll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
