A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Asbestos Contracts Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded licensed asbestos removal contractor. This is a key leadership role overseeing multiple asbestos removal projects, ensuring safe, compliant and commercially successful delivery.

  • Oversee and manage multiple asbestos removal contracts from award through to completion.
  • Review, approve and implement RAMS, Plans of Work and ASB5 notifications, ensuring full compliance with CAR 2012 and HSE requirements.
  • Manage site teams including Supervisors and Operatives, providing leadership and technical guidance.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets and programme timelines.
  • Carry out regular site inspections, audits and quality assurance checks.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of asbestos legislation and regulatory changes.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of existing accounts.
  • Support tender processes through pricing, programme planning and technical input to help win new contracts.
