Due to an influx of work and the opening of our brand new office, LP Search is looking to recruit an ambitious Administrator/Recruitment Resourcer to support our busy and growing asbestos consultancy desk. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading specialist asbestos recruitment business that has already seen huge success within its first year. The role would suit somebody with strong administration skills and previous experience within recruitment, or someone looking to build a long-term career within a fast-growing recruitment business.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing candidate timesheets and supporting payroll administration
- Managing candidate compliance and onboarding documentation
- Updating and maintaining the company database and internal systems
- Managing and updating spreadsheets and reports
- Writing job adverts and posting vacancies online
- Speaking with candidates over the phone and building relationships
- Screening and registering candidates
- Supporting consultants with recruitment administration and resourcing
- Carrying out a variety of ad hoc administration duties within the office
What we’re looking for:
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
- A personable, proactive, and motivated individual
- Ability to commute to the office in Bingley (Bradford)
- Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
