As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own the digital marketing agenda ā development, optimisation, and automation of digital marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced startāup environments and wants to build the next generation of marketing systems in an everāevolving industry.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement Agentic AI solutions for automated content generation, customer lifecycle campaigns, and engagement enhancement.
- Connect AIādriven workflows with existing CRM systems, analytics platforms, and partnership tools.
- Design and launch marketing strategies that support core business objectives.
- Oversee multiāchannel campaigns spanning email marketing, paid advertising, social platforms, and content initiatives.
- Develop dataādriven customer journeys leveraging AI insights and user behaviour patterns.
- Enhance user onboarding sequences and communication strategies.
- Monitor customer acquisition costs, conversion metrics, funnel efficiency, and user engagement.
- Create automated dashboards and leverage AI for insights generation.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Support teams on growth projects.
Qualifications
- Proven track record building or implementing Agentic AI systems or sophisticated automation sequences.
- Familiarity with prompt design and automation platforms (such as Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Minimum 3 years in FinTech, SaaS, or highāgrowth startāup sectors.
- Demonstrable expertise in performance marketing, conversion optimisation, CRM management, search marketing, and content development.
- Solid grasp of payment systems, customer verification workflows, and business customer lifecycles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deal with ambiguity and execute fastāpaced initiatives.
Salary range: Ā£50,000ā60,000 per annum.
