We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join Lincoln Plaza London, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. As Chef de Partie, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading your section during breakfast service and supporting other meal periods when needed
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard, following brand standard
- Ensuring all food is of excellent quality and well presented
- Keeping your section clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the day
