We are currently seeking a Night Manager to join the Front Office Team at Lincoln Plaza London, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s overnight operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, safety, security, and a smooth handover to the day team.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting the night team to deliver outstanding service.
- Overseeing guest check-ins, check-outs, and overnight guest requests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Managing any guest queries, complaints, or incidents during the night shift in a professional and timely manner.
- Completing night audit procedures and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and the hotel throughout the night.
- Conducting regular hotel walks and checks in line with hotel procedures.
- Preparing clear handovers for the morning team and communicating key operational updates.
- Collaborating with other departments to support the overall guest journey.

Qualifications
- Hotel Front Office experience required.
