As a member of the New Graduate Float Team, you will rotate across a variety of inpatient units—and select outpatient areas—gaining exposure to multiple specialties and care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care under the guidance of experienced preceptors and mentors.
- Float between diverse units including Medical, Surgical, Orthopedic, and Cardiac—building a strong clinical foundation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care.
- Participate in the Nurse Residency Program, which includes structured learning experiences, peer support, and professional development workshops.
- Adapt to different unit cultures and workflows while maintaining high standards of care.

Compensation:
BSN Pay Range: $34.76 - $57.06 per hour
ADN Pay Range: $32.31 - $50.71 per hour
