About the Role: As a Medical Lab Scientist, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care by performing accurate and timely laboratory testing used in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Testing domains include waived, moderate, and high‐complexity procedures.
Required: Blood Bank experience with waived, moderate, and high‐complexity testing in a clinical laboratory setting—through education or hands‐on work experience.
What You'll Need:
- Education (Required): Bachelor's Degree OR Associate Degree in one of the following:
- Medical Laboratory Science Program
- Medical Technologist
- Medical Technician
- Biology
- Chemistry
Preferred Licensure/Certification: ASCP‐certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent. Other acceptable certifications: ASCP or HEW.

Pay Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
