At Kellanova’s Wrexham manufacturing site, we are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Maintenance Analyst. This critical role involves analysing and trending data to enhance our maintenance strategies. You will be responsible for managing our maintenance data system and ensuring all compliance documentation is up to date for audit readiness. Your strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting our manufacturing excellence. In this position, you’ll collaborate with various teams across the site, including operations, contractors, and guide our technical apprentices. This onsite role is offered on a fixed‑term basis, ending in August 2026.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintenance Data Management System – Oversee the SAP system and maintain the master database for assets, equipment, and planned maintenance activities.
- Contractor Support – Collaborate with contractors to manage timesheets for payment processing and analyse spending trends.
- Planned Maintenance Scheduling – Coordinate, organise, and distribute all planned maintenance schedules to support the maintenance team effectively.
- Training and Support – Provide administrative and technical support for the maintenance department, including SAP training and assistance with data collection and analysis.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Proficient in SAP – Skilled in updating master data and leveraging entered data for analysis and reporting.
- Experience in budget tracking and providing GRIR support for the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with various other IT systems.
- Capable of handling diverse tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment through effective prioritisation and organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness.
