We are currently looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to work within our energetic commercial team for a 12-month fixed term contract, who will focus on driving strategic growth for Kellanova in 2026 and beyond. In this role you will be responsible for setting the commercial direction by brand, channel, and customer. You will also work closely with category management and marketing activation teams to define the picture of success through fixture, display and activation which will deliver against commercial direction and category growth objectives. This role will give you the chance to come into the business and make a difference from day 1, enabling you to grow and develop your commercial acumen and RGM skills. The role is a hybrid role, working 2 days in our Media City Head Office and 3 days working from home.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategy – Collaborating closely with the channel and customer teams to overlay Kellanova’s strategy with the customer strategy supporting customer partnerships and the delivery of joint growth.
  • Commercial Direction – Communicate, sell, and ensure excellent execution of the commercial direction for a given product portfolio.
  • Data - Provide relevant data and support to team on internal and external selling stories.
  • Supply Chain - Collaborating closely with the supply chain team to effectively forecast and manage NPI stock.
  • Relationships - Develop strong cross functional relationships to facilitate the delivery of this plan.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Commercial FMCG experience.
  • Revenue Growth, Account Management or Buyer experience within FMCG (ideally).
  • Experience managing or working on a P&L.
  • A specific interest in strategy, category management and branded products.
