At Kellanova, we are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team in the vibrant Media City office in Manchester. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of demand forecasts across all European Markets. You will lead the consolidation of Kellanova Sales and Operations Planning submissions from each market to create a comprehensive European perspective, while also providing in-depth analytics on the key drivers of change at each stage. This is a critical position for driving effective decision-making and supporting our ongoing growth throughout Europe. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, based in our Media City office on a hybrid working basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative team, covering our European Market.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Strong Collaboration - Develop and maintain professional relationships and mutual trust with cross functional stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Marketing).
- System and Data Management – Manage and leverage the Demand Planning system and routines across European markets by gathering, analyzing, and validating data to create and review both statistical and promotional forecasts.
- Performance Review Support – Prepare all KPIs for the monthly review, identify gaps, and provide root cause analysis and action plans to assist markets in closing those gaps.
- Issue Resolution – Identify and analyze potential supply and demand issues and facilitate their resolution throughout the supply chain.
- Innovation Alignment – Collaborate with the End to End team to develop communications and ensure alignment regarding innovation initiatives, assisting in the development and optimization of sales and operations planning information systems in partnership with IT.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering.
- Demand Planning Experience in FMCG.
- Expertise in Demand Forecasting processes, including best practices and tools.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office.
