We’re looking for a Category Management Lead to join us on a 12‑month FTC, partnering with one of the UK’s most influential and exciting retailers: Tesco. - Commercial Engagement – Be the expert on your category area, working cross‑functionally with the RGM, marketing and commercial teams to bring insight and action on opportunities and risks that impact Kellanova and category growth.
- Effective Communication – Be the storyteller on relevant insights that drive our business performance and proactively drive the agenda internally and with the customer.
- Category Acumen – Category management responsibility and support for specific customers, support buyers and account managers by building compelling category recommendations and actions to grow category sales and then influencing them to execute range reviews in line with customer timings and objectives.
