Location: Blue Anchor, Hammonton, NJ. Onsite. Shift: 7 pm – 7 am. 24/7 operation.

We are seeking a passion for leading teams and inspiring creativity to accomplish day-to-day goals. As Maintenance Reliability Supervisor you will oversee daily activities and development of multiple technicians, identify opportunities to produce great food more efficiently, solve mechanical and electrical problems, and execute continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Set the Pace – Establish work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability.
  • Drive Change – Incorporate a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous Improvement.
  • Strategize to Win – Direct, train, and develop maintenance team members in their area of expertise.
  • Drive Efficiency – Use problem‑solving skills and root‑cause analysis to resolve or mitigate maintenance issues.
  • Impact Results – Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through lean manufacturing principles.
  • Take a New Angle – Identify, implement, and document maintenance and reliability best practices.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • High School diploma/GED and related work experience.
  • Prior experience within plant or industrial maintenance.
  • Strong technical aptitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work an off‑shift shift.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $77,200 – $106,150, based on location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance available.
