National Account Executive FTC 12 months – Based in Salford, Manchester. This hybrid role sits at the heart of our retailers, playing a key part in turning great plans into profitable, sustainable sales growth across Kellanova’s leading brands. It blends sharp commercial thinking with strong collaboration, supporting National Account Managers to deliver against ambitious targets while keeping customers front and centre. Responsibilities- Driving accurate forecasting and planning: Accountable alongside National Account Managers for demand planning and sales forecasting against clear timelines and KPIs, bringing rigour, insight, and proactive thinking to support confident decision-making and profitable growth.
- Creating compelling customer stories: Supports the development of customer-ready presentations and sell-in materials, translating data and insight into clear, engaging narratives that land with both internal teams and external customers.
- Being a trusted point of contact: Acts as a key contact for customers and the wider sales team, providing accurate and timely account planning information while building credibility through clear communication and a helpful, solutions-focused approach.
- Shaping account strategy and performance: Supports the continuous development of the account portfolio strategy and overall commercial performance, with scope for the right candidate to take on customer account responsibility as a natural next step in their career journey.
- Championing the customer voice: Acts as the voice of the customer both internally and externally, building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and represented across the business.
- Experience in a National Accounts role with clear, process-driven responsibilities.
- An excellent communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Excellent Excel skills and a commercially minded, analytical approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG or grocery retail environment, partnering cross-functionally.
