We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist for our Collision Center. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience from arrival to repair completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
- Schedule repair appointments and update the scheduling system as needed.
