Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and process-driven Partnership Operations Manager. This is a hands-on role where you will be the \’engine\’ of our partner network, responsible for the setup and launch of card-linked offers campaigns. You will work closely with our Sales and Brand Success teams, acting as the operational lead to ensure that every campaign is technically viable and set up correctly with our banking partners. This is a perfect role for an ambitious operator.

The \”Start-up Reality\”

You won\’t be managing a team yet; you will be managing processes and you must be comfortable doing the heavy lifting, from configuring spreadsheets to data validation and submission. The Upside: You aren\’t just inheriting a fully fleshed process; you are also helping build it, and there will be significant room for growth as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer Setup & Execution: Take full control of the \”campaign\” submission lifecycle. You are the expert who pushes the buttons and ensures campaigns go live on time. Because we focus on complex, high-value campaigns, accuracy here is paramount.
  • Operational Gatekeeper: You will review incoming requests from the Brand team to check for errors and validate requirements before they reach our partners.
  • Partner Coordination: You will manage the weekly operational rhythm with our banking partners. You will proactively track action items, chase approvals, and unblock issues without needing to be managed.
  • Knowledge Base: Maintain and update a central \”Source of Truth\” matrix that documents the varying technical capabilities and submission processes for every partner program.
  • Brand Team Support: You will work with our Sales and Brand Success teams to help find the right program fit for each brand and ensure they are kept abreast of key program updates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks in key workflows and propose improvements to reduce errors and improve the overall partner experience.
