We are working in partnership with an Outstanding, independent prep school in Windsor to find an exceptional Room Leader for their 2-3 year old setting. This is a rare opportunity to join a school where early years is genuinely valued, staff are looked after, and standards are consistently high.
The Role
- Lead planning and delivery of a high-quality EYFS curriculum
- Create a structured, nurturing and engaging learning environment
- Monitor children’s development and identify individual needs
- Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Lead by example, setting the standard for care, behaviour and professionalism
- Support and develop your team to maintain consistently high standards
You will also take on additional responsibility during school holidays, helping coordinate activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the setting.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 qualification (essential)
- At least 3 years’ nursery experience
- Experience leading or supporting within a room
- Strong understanding of EYFS and child development
- Confidence managing a team and setting clear expectations
- Excellent communication with both parents and colleagues
