We are working in partnership with an Outstanding, independent prep school in Windsor to find an exceptional Room Leader for their 2-3 year old setting. This is a rare opportunity to join a school where early years is genuinely valued, staff are looked after, and standards are consistently high.

The Role

  • Lead planning and delivery of a high-quality EYFS curriculum
  • Create a structured, nurturing and engaging learning environment
  • Monitor children’s development and identify individual needs
  • Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
  • Lead by example, setting the standard for care, behaviour and professionalism
  • Support and develop your team to maintain consistently high standards

You will also take on additional responsibility during school holidays, helping coordinate activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the setting.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification (essential)
  • At least 3 years’ nursery experience
  • Experience leading or supporting within a room
  • Strong understanding of EYFS and child development
  • Confidence managing a team and setting clear expectations
  • Excellent communication with both parents and colleagues
