Are you an experienced electrical trainer, commissioning engineer, or systems expert who enjoys helping others? We’re looking for someone ready to hit the ground running - technically confident, a clear communicator, and comfortable standing at the front of the room - to join us as a Technical Trainer. This is a unique opportunity to take your expertise in electrical, smart home, or building automation systems and use it to train the next generation of professionals. You’ll join a high-performing, friendly team, backed by world-class onboarding on the Loxone system—including a structured 3-week bootcamp at our international HQ in Austria.
As our Technical Trainer, you’ll support and inspire both new and experienced Loxone installation Partners—from system planning and configuration to installation and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that’s as much about communication as it is about technology.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver practical, in-person training courses at our UK seminar facility in Theale (and occasionally off-site)
- Support and develop electricians, heating engineers, security pros, and network specialists into confident Loxone installers
- Host engaging webinars and create bite-sized educational video content
- Plan and improve training materials and digital learning tools
- Support events, workshops and presentations for installers, architects, or project leads
What We’re Looking For:
- Electrically competent: with working knowledge of Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- Technically minded: confident with hardware, software, and troubleshooting
- Networking knowledge: IP addressing, routers, firewalls, VLANs, DHCP, Wi-Fi
- A strong communicator: engaging, organised and confident presenting to others
- Passion for smart home or building automation
- Experience in a training, mentoring, or coaching capacity is a plus
- Advantageous: Technical qualifications in electrical, building, or automation tech
