Business Transformation Consultants lay the foundation for our customers' success. You will proactively consult with internal and external stakeholders, anticipating project needs and eliminating potential roadblocks before they arise. By providing expert guidance and personalized strategies, you’ll ensure a seamless, value-driven implementation experience.

What You’ll Do- Internal Operations & Project Management
- Internal Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within internal departmental workflows and lead cross-functional projects to streamline operations.
- End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of internal initiatives—from scope definition and resource allocation to final delivery.
- Change Management: Act as a change agent by documenting new standardized procedures and conducting internal training to ensure high adoption of new tools.
- Cross-Departmental Synergy: Serve as the PMO point of contact, ensuring alignment between Sales, Product, and Engineering for internal projects.
- External Transformation & Implementation
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored transformation plans based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships as the primary point of contact during implementation, providing proactive updates and gathering feedback.
- Collaborative Handoff: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from the point of sale to go-live.
- Data Migration & Technical Execution
- Migration Strategy: Lead the data extraction, transformation, and loading process for clients migrating from legacy ATS or CRM systems.
- Data Integrity: Perform rigorous auditing and troubleshooting to resolve mapping errors, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy within the Loxo platform.
- Technical Mapping: Configure custom software settings and data fields to align with unique historical data structures.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Generate technical progress reports and migration summaries for both internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement
- Analysis: Track customer progress during transformation, identifying roadblocks and implementing solutions.
- Process Development: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of transformation processes, documenting best practices and staying current on industry trends.
- Team Support: Provide miscellaneous support to the customer success team as needed, including assisting with escalated tickets and urgent inquiries.
- Operational Architect: You don’t just follow processes; you build them. You understand how internal operations impact the external customer experience.
- Data-Driven Strategist: You have a "data-first" mindset with the ability to diagnose technical discrepancies and propose structural solutions.
- Project Professional: Proven experience managing multi-phased projects with a high degree of complexity and moving parts.
- Technical Expert: Advanced familiarity with data structures, CSV/Excel manipulation, and the technical architecture of CRM or HRIS databases.
- Relentless Problem-Solver: You think critically and don't stop until you have solved the customer's challenge.
- Exceptional Communicator: You can explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience working directly with customers in a professional capacity.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with job boards, ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk), or CRM/ATS databases.
- Business Acumen: Confidence in understanding how technology solutions drive value and efficiency for businesses.
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers at all levels.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal).
