We are seeking to appoint ambitious, highly effective and experienced Behaviour and Inclusion Mentors to join our very successful, heavily over-subscribed Multi- Academy Trust with an outstanding ethos where staff are supported to become the best.

These positions are available at: Loxford School (Secondary Phase), Loxford Lane, Ilford, Essex, IG1 2UT.

The post holder will support and motivate students in developing their social and emotional skills, helping them to engage positively and successfully with their learning.

You will promote positive behaviour working with students and parents/ carers, and address barriers to learning individually or in small groups.

We are very open to applications from experienced educational professionals as well as those with experience outside education, for example: Police Community Support Officers; Prison Officers; Youth Workers; Sports Coaches; Mental Health Counsellors; Residential Support Workers; Social Work Assistants; Youth Offending Team/ Family Support Workersetc.

The post is Term Time Only - 39 working weeks (paid at 40 weeks) and 45.6 contractual weeks - 36 hours per week/ 5 days per week.

The salary is Grade 7, SCP 23- 25 (Outer), which equates to £38,256 to £39,276 per annum (£33,458 to £34,350 pro- rata - pay award pending)
