Behaviour and Inclusion Mentor

We are seeking to appoint ambitious, highly effective and experienced Behaviour and Inclusion Mentors to join our very successful, heavily over-subscribed Multi- Academy Trust with an outstanding ethos where staff are supported to become the best. These positions are available at: Loxford School (Secondary Phase), Loxford Lane, Ilford, Essex, IG1 2UT. The post holder will support and motivate students in developing their social and emotional skills, helping them to engage positively and successfully with their learning. You will promote positive behaviour working with students and parents, and address barriers to learning individually or in small groups.
