Overview

As Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This is a fantastic chance for someone ready to take the next step in their career, bringing creativity, leadership, and a passion for food to a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Youll help us make health happen by catering across the Village which comprises of the care home,catering for serviced suites, Villagers who have booked a meal in the Restaurant/Spa or for meals to be taken across to their apartments or for other specific events.

Prepare and cook food in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
