We take a person-centred approach to everything we do, empowering people in our care to learn and develop skills and abilities specific to their own development needs. 39 Hours on Days - Full Time - You will ideally have a FULL UK Driving Licence - due to using clients vehicles. Shifts are working between 08.00am-22.00pm (Includes alternative weekends). - 35hrs a Week - NIGHTS FULL TIME - Working 4 nights on 4 off, 8pm – 8am – works out at 35 hours contract per week. DETAILS INCLUDE · Overtime available. · Fixed Shift pattern, so you can always be able to plan your work/life balance. · Permanent Contract, guaranteed hours. · Working in a modern facility for an excellent company. · You will be tasked with assisting with the resident's care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual's rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.
